1.)Examine your memory- In this step, examine your memory to remove errors.
   a.) open run(press Win+R) and type "MdSched.exe"
   b.) choose the option "Restart Now and Check for problem". it will automatically check and remove errors.
       

2.)Use Chkdsk Utility - press windows button. type cmd and run cmd as administrator by right clicking on icon.
  type "Chkdsk" it will correct all problems automatically.

3.)Disk Optimization  - Disk Optimization is very important as it will defragment your drivers and correct all problem it face during optimization.
      open run(press Win+R). then type "dfrgui.exe" and then enter.
      optimize you all drives.

After optimization follow important and main process.
a.) Right click on my computer and click on properties.
b.) click on "Advance system settings".

c.) Goto "advance" tab and click on setting("Startup and Recovery's Settings button").
                

d.) disable the "Automatically Restart".
e.) fix "Write Debugging information" to "Small Memory Dump (128 KB)".

f.) save your setting and then restart your PC.
