Make your own Wi-Fi hotspot from laptop.

If you have wired internet connection and laptop and you want to use that connection on smartphone or tablet or on any other device which support Wi-Fi and don’t want to pay for router then you are at right place. In this post you will know how to convert your laptop into Wi-Fi hotspot.

Follow these steps.

11.     Open command prompt by administrator.

22.     Then types these commands

i.                   netsh wlan show drivers

 If you see hosted network supported yes then you are good to go.

ii.                   Now type to make Wi-Fi:-

  netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=any name key= any password

iii.                   Then type command to start hosted network:-

 netsh wlan start hostednetwork

iv.                   Now if you want to stop the Wi-Fi type:-

         netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
